Architected and delivered a confidential platform from concept to launch ready, and continue to hold technical leadership on an ongoing contract, with day to day involvement stepping back as the platform beds in. Launch is due in late 2026; product, client, and implementation details remain under NDA. The engagement has been the production proving ground for a distributed offline first graph store, semantic data modelling, mouldable interfaces, and planning oriented interaction design, now published openly through RelationalFabric and related writing.

Exploring the intersection of emerging and forgotten concepts in software through open source projects and long form writing. Recent threads include relational data systems, type level programming, and agent native development methodology.

Led technical improvements and platform modernisation, including semantic web implementation and design system development.
